Our program is divided into 4 age groups. Each level is structured to develop gross motor and social skills according to their physical needs.
Junior Class : 1.5 – 2.5 years old
The toddlers will have activities that focus on balance training and motoric reaction. The class will have a little introduction to throwing and catching, and will be filled with fun games around basketball to promote body awareness. This class will require a parent to accompany the child during all the activities. The sessions will be a fun bonding activity, so we suggest parents getting involved, not the nanny.
Rookie Class : 2.5 – 3.5 years old
The little ballers in the Rookie Class will have advanced balance training, introduction to proper basketball shooting & passing, and fun social games to develop their praxis. Even though the kids can do the activities by themselves, they still need their biggest supporter by their side.
MVP Class : 3.5 – 5 years old
As the kids get older and have mastered the gross motor skill, the kids in the MVP class will be taught basic basketball skills such as dribbling and shooting. The kids’ coordination and alertness will also be strengthened at this level. We will also encourage their independence, so the parents can support and cheer for the young ballers from the bench.
Champion Class : 5 – 7 years old
For the kids in Champion class, they will learn the different techniques in ball passing, engage in basketball drills, and socially participate in games. We will have some serious fun in basketball training; and we usually end the session with a basketball game where they can learn teamwork, apply what they have learned, and learn from their mistakes while having fun.
